The minimum age to register and use the Betcup Platform is 21 years old. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Any account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending and historical wagers will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Employees, contractors, directors, and any persons affiliated with Betcup's operations or technology partners are prohibited from maintaining an active Player Account unless express written permission has been granted by Betcup management.
To register a Betcup Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

Betcup reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including source-of-funds information for larger transactions. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being paused until compliance is satisfied.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any wagers placed using your Account credentials will be treated as valid regardless of whether you authorised them personally. You must notify Betcup support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Betcup accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency assets including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Betcup reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for most payment methods. The minimum cryptocurrency deposit is the equivalent of MYR 30 in the deposited asset at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Betcup does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following indicative processing timeframes:
Processing times are indicative only and may be extended during periods of high demand, maintenance, or where additional compliance checks are required. Betcup does not guarantee completion within the stated timeframes in all circumstances.
Withdrawals will only be processed where: (a) the Account is fully KYC verified; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances have been met; (c) the requested amount does not exceed the applicable withdrawal limits for the Player's account tier; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no active security holds, disputes, or compliance investigations.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Betcup are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the point of each promotion. Where a general term conflicts with a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of between 20x and 30x the bonus amount before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. For example, a bonus of MYR 100 with a 25x wagering requirement requires MYR 2,500 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, sports betting, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. Contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period specified in the individual promotion terms — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus balances are forfeited and will not be reinstated.
Birthday bonuses are available to eligible players based on their registered VIP tier at the time of their birthday month. Tier-based bonus amounts are: Bronze — MYR 188; Silver — MYR 388; Gold — MYR 888; VIP (Platinum and above) — up to MYR 2,688. The birthday bonus is credited within 24 hours of the Player's registered birth date and is subject to standard wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
Betcup's referral programme awards a bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral where the referred player completes registration and makes a qualifying first deposit. There is no cap on the number of referrals a Player may make. Referral bonuses are subject to the same general wagering requirements as standard promotional bonuses.
Betcup monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements ("bonus washing"), and using automated systems to exploit promotions. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have promotional access withdrawn and any balances derived from abuse may be voided.
Betcup reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is suspected to be placed in connection with prohibited conduct, where a palpable error in odds has occurred, or where system integrity has been compromised.
In the event that odds or game parameters are published due to a manifest error (including technical errors, data feed failures, or human input errors), Betcup reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return stakes. No bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds will be honoured regardless of whether it has already been marked as settled in the system.
Sports betting markets, including those covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other competitions, are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market type. In-play betting is available on selected events. All results are determined by official competition results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
Live casino games are operated in real time by professional dealers. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand or round, the outcome will be determined by the game software's last recorded state. Betcup's decision on the resolution of any interrupted live casino game is final.

The Platform is provided "as is" and Betcup makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.
Betcup reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account is being used in breach of these Terms; (b) the Account holder may be under the minimum age of 21; (c) the Account is involved in suspicious financial activity; or (d) a fraud, collusion, or security investigation is ongoing.
Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation, Betcup may permanently close the Account, void outstanding wagers and any bonus balances, and retain or return real-money deposits at its sole discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Betcup's support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed subject to standard KYC and verification requirements. Betcup will aim to process voluntary closure requests within five (5) business days of receiving all required information.
Betcup reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Betcup will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an on-Platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Betcup Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. Betcup and the Player shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.
